Umundo began as the RSS aggregation website named rssbazaar.com back in 2006 which was later extended to RSS for video, audio and images. Umundo achieved better delivery of media content to heterogeneous platforms and devices with the Media RSS technology. This enabled highly standard and extremely powerful PUSH based distribution of media content to the various mobile handsets, websites, social networks and blogs. Umundo further enabled the monetization of the content with RSS advertising capabilities of the platform and Premium subscription model of the content.
